Catering Chef [Qatar]


 

- Manage the preparation and production of food, setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.

- Capable to handle manage bulk orders of catering and events.

- lead and manage the at least 50 kitchen staff and train them.

- Assist with menu development, specify food items standards, control and maintain food inventories, adhere to recipes and ensure smooth and safe operations.

- Maintain a safe and sanitary central kitchen.

-Set up and produce daily food production schedules.

-Foster the development of the food production team and utility/sanitation staff.

-Oversee events for timely deliveries/pick ups and food quality.

- Consistently monitor and oversee all kitchen equipment for safe operations.

- Have a very good experience in deferent cousins.

- Have a high level experience in different food cousins.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From QAR10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • catering: 10 years (Required)
