JOB PURPOSE

Be fully responsible for all customer voice and provide prompt technical support to commercial team. Based on the customer complaint, establish RCCA Team and work with Mfg, T&I, MDTS and commercial team to develop 8D report. Evaluate the 8D report and communicate with the customer. Associate with commercial team to fulfil the customer audit on site. Be charge of Incoming Quality Control for both Direct and Indirect material. Be full responsible for all QA equipment and instrument.
Job Responsibilities
- Be fully responsible for all customer complaints and timely issue 8D report to the customer; provide prompt technical support to MDTS team.
- Be responsible for communication with commercial team, and provide technical training.
- Be responsible for technical training of online technician, especially molding/injection technology. Share customer complaint case to Mfg team internally.
- Provide the quality concern report, work with cross team to draw out corrective action plan based on quality customer complain and audit the execution result.
- Associate with commercial team to fulfil the customer visit/audit on site
- Be in charge of all QA equipment and instrument, including new instrument introduction. Leading the external calibration for all instrument in the plant.
- Be responsible for Incoming Quality Control and quality issue for all Direct Material and Indirect Material. Provide the guidance to Operation team for Indirect Material incoming quality control.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above in polymer/chemical related discipline
- More than 3 years’ experience in Plastics or related industry
- Good English skill both in reading and writing. Up to 25% travel
- Be familiar with Molding process and plastic testing method & equipment, good at managing customer complaint.
- High quality sense, Customer service oriented, System thinking
- Good organization and coordination skill
- Literacy in computer is essential
