DESCRIPTION
This position provides the weekly bulletin and other printed materials for the parish. The position is also responsible for data entry of donations and parish census updates. Flexibility, creativity, and a welcoming spirit are important aspects of this position.
This position is planned as 12 hours per week, starting in July. Days and times are flexible. (Bulletin transmittal deadline is Tuesday noon.) Training will be provided.
Bishop Izen will be the new pastor beginning July 1, 2023.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with or willing to learn ParishSoft software
Experience with or willing to learn Microsoft Publisher and Word
Experience with Adobe .pdf
Ability to work independently on routine responsibilities
Desire to complete quality work
Collaborative style
Willing to work flexible hours when necessary
