We are currently seeking a Project Management to join our team in Hong Kong, Hong Kong (HK-HK), Hong Kong (HK).
This position is for in country project coordination to manage the upcoming projects as well as coordination between businesses, vendors, and CTI. Managing all business generated projects by attending meetings, taking minutes, and providing solutions based on resourcing. It is on site role and needs to be based in HK.

1. Execute and deliver infrastructure projects and programs in a matrix environment
2. Work with CTI work streams and business partners to achieve project objectives
3. Define project or program schedules and plans and socialize with project partners
4. Prioritize & juggle multiple deliverables of projects at the same time
5. Maintain and track project financials against budget, and work towards seeking fund approval
6. Lead project meetings via agendas, publish meeting notes and track action items
7. Report the project status periodically to engage the project owners, teams
8. Raise a flag if you foresee any risk & mitigate to meet the project objective working with the project team
9. Issue management and engage project team for resolving issues
