About the role

The Office of the Deputy Chief Executive, Strategy and Insights is looking for an energetic and proactive person who can think ahead and is focused on adding value.
As a Senior Executive Assistant you play a vital role in providing high level professional executive support and advice to the DCE and her Office, working with a high performing team of Senior Executive Assistants across MSD, and mentoring other Executive Assistants in the Group.
In this highly trusted role, you will act as the key point of contact and look to resolve any requests or issues in the first instance.
This role will suit someone who is already an experienced and confident Executive Assistant, who can calmly manage a busy role, spot opportunities for improvement, and act with integrity.

We are looking for someone with:
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with people at all levels
  • Great communication skills
  • Flexibility and the willingness to pitch in as and when needed
  • Sound judgement and ability to make quick decisions

Salary range: $87,011 - $105,458 per annum
