DATA ENTRY CLERK [Malaysia]


 
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data and keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes

  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  • Monitor the day to day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing stock, cash float and other transaction
  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gelugor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
