REQUIREMENTS

  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to engage with guests whilst anticipating guest needs.
  • Highly energetic and approachable personality.
  • High level of inquisitiveness and initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Prior experience in in guest relations role in the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Welcome and eagerly anticipate whilst assist in guest needs and enquiries.
  • Updates guest history with all relevant information learnt about the guest during their stay. i.e. Likes / dislikes, food & beverage preference, etc. ensure that the guest history profile is updated and accurate and keyed in according to standards.
  • Performs room assignments for VIP guests and VIP groups.
