Project Description :
  • Call Center Agents will provide call support to individuals who have questions regarding their Medicaid re-enrollment.
  • Agents will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Additionally, Agents will review and evaluate Medicaid Information.
This opportunity is 100% Remote

Schedule
  • Monday- Friday
  • Schedules consist of five days per week, eight hours per day, Monday through Friday
  • Start Times will be between the hours of: 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Central Standard Time
Responsibilities :
  • Responding to calls from Medicaid customers, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing assistance with Medicaid re-enrollment questions and concerns
  • Verification of return mail by performing searches in different programs
  • Document all providers/customers encounters in clear and concise logs
  • Meet individual performance standards/metrics
  • Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, appearance and professional behavior
Basic Qualifications :
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years' experience answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls
  • Excellent Computer Skills using multiple screens on a Laptop with Monitor
  • Medicaid experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Accuracy entering data in Medicaid profiles
  • Strong typing skills on a computer not a phone
  • Strong attention to detail
Bonus Points If You Have :
  • Bonus if you have health care experience
  • 2 years Customer Service experience in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working virtual
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Reside in Louisiana
