Chill Spa at the Ice House is currently recruiting for Full-time or Part-time Spa Attendants to work within our fabulous award-winning and newly renovated Spa.

Key Responsibilities of the role;

• Working positively as a team and individually.
• To greet guests throughout the spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner.
• Guests to be given tours of the spa facilities.
• To perform non therapist led treatments i.e. bathing therapies.
• Ensure that all checklists are completed.
• To ensure there is a supply of clean towels & flip flops available for guests.
• To ensure there is a fresh stock of sorbets, juices and water available for guests
• To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management
• To ensure that the guests needs, and requirements are met or exceeded
• To ensure that the thermal suite and public areas of the spa is kept clean and presentable at all times
• Maintaining Plant Room on a daily basis
• Maintaining Spa equipment at all times.
• Ensure the health and safety of customers at all times.
• Have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• To ensure the highest levels of cleanliness in the spa on a day to day basis.
• To greet clients/guests throughout the spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner.
• Is dedicated to the role and to further their training to gain more knowledge and experience in the spa industry.
• Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Aware of spa product usage and waste prevention.
• Present on duty in full uniform including name badge.
• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
• Our opening hours are 9.30 am until 7 pm daily.

Key Skills and Experience include;

• Similar experience preferably in hospitality.
• Self-motivated and have the ability to prioritise work.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Pool plant and water testing experience.
• hours are 9.30 am until 7 pm daily.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20/30 per week

Salary: From €10.55 per hour
