IT Infrastructure Specialist in the area of IT Service Management f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup and support of an Enterprise Service Management System based on Jira Service Management (Atlassian)
- Global rollout of the system and processes
- Training of the employees in the new system
- Further development of the system in the role of a product owner
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education Matura (school leaving exam), technical college or university and affinity for information technolog
- Experience in the area of IT Service Management Tools & Processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, ...)
- Experience with the tool JIRA Service Management is an advantage
- Knowledge in IT Service Management, IT/Enterprise Management Systems, ITIL
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €42.300,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
