The joint venture between TUI AG and the US cruise group Royal Caribbean Group Ltd. employs around 750 people in Hamburg and Berlin and operates 11 cruise ships. The 6 ships of the Mein Schiff® fleet offer contemporary holidays at sea in the premium segment. With 5 ships, the traditional brand Hapag-Lloyd Cruises stands for luxury and expedition cruises.
The company already has one of the most modern and environmentally and climate-friendly cruise fleets in the world. In the course of sustainable growth, three more new ships are planned until 2026.

Junior Data Scientist (m/f/x)
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights, utilizing appropriate techniques for data analysis
- Assist in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms, including those of our Revenue Management System
- Leverage programming skills to clean, massage, and organize data
- Support the Commercial team to identify data science applications to solve complex business problems
- Contribute to data visualization efforts to communicate insights effectively
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions related to data analysis and strategy
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and machine learning libraries
- Familiarity with building predictive models and algorithms
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Interest or experience in Pricing topics is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
