Introduction:
Location: Amata City Chonburi
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and control all processes, make sure all comply with plans in term of quantity, quality, cost, lead time and the schedule of each production
- Plan and organize production schedule and manpower by following company’s strategy and client’s request
- Manage QC team to improve quality , handle quality issues to reduce defect rate
- Coordinate with other departments to align all necessary information on production cycle / material planning schedules
- Develop, improve and solve the problems about production line
- Report overall production process performance to Management
Requirements:
- Male(Age 27 -45)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
- 2-3 years in manufacturing company in Supervisor level
- Knowledge of Quality Tools (QC,7 tools) , Automotive (IATF 16949), ISO9001/14001
- Able to use AUTOCAD is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and good communication skills
