We are looking for a Strong Production Support professional who will be responsible for debugging / triaging issues/bugs reported by Customers, respond to Technical Queries posted by Customers. He/She will be responsible for creating scripts to automate daily Manual Tasks. He/She will also be responsible for ensuring Production Stability. This may involve Night shift requirement

- Experience in web-based application software development/testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Deep attention to detail in driving effective resolution
- Working Knowledge of Java/Spring
- Strong SQL query skills
- Exposure to AWS
- Exposure to Ubuntu OS
- Exposure to Linux Commands
- Exposure to Jenkins (Configuring Jobs)
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Experience in testing Web Based applications and APIs
- Understanding of HTTP Fundamentals - HTTP Verbs/Cookies/Caching
- Understanding of Rest Based APIs.
- Experience with complex software features, and build effective test plans
- Experience in automating UI Tests preferably using Selenium and Java
- Experience in automating Rest Based APIs using frameworks like RestAssured
- Exposure to Distributed Load Testing using Jmeter
- Strong skills in Java and TestNG
- Understanding of Maven
- Experience with SQL
- Exposure to Jenkins/git
