JOB OBJECTIVE
To assist our Success Manager with website installations, DNS setup, and other related tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Installing and integrating our software technology on various website building platforms.
- Pushing websites live by pointing its DNS records to our website IP.
- Adding code and thumbnails to websites built on Weebly.
- Basic email communication with customers to gather login credentials, authentication codes, and other pertinent information.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree related to any IT course.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in building or setting up websites on various platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Weebly, Wix, etc.
- Has basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Must have good writing and intermediate speaking skills in English.
- Familiarity with JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Willing to work night shifts.
