Job Description

• Manage Sales team to drive business successfully according to KPI target & set teamwork spirit.
• Improve sales efficiency and set strengthen sales process to obtain quality and professional result with initiative tools & system support.
• Set KPI that align with the overall direction in Hire Purchasing, Leasing and create the strategy including medium-term and annual term plan that effectively serve the business.
• Conduct market/ dealer survey to forecast market trends, identify new target opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations.
• Set long-term relationship strategies with Nissan Dealership to acquire business outcome.
• Track and measure business results including marketing activities, sales, retention, and profit and continuous improvement and adjust the strategy that can catch up with the market competition.
• Mentoring and lead sales team while effectively implementing and monitoring sales action plans.
• Monitor and managing daily sales operations, hire purchase volume directing efforts, executing monthly goals.
• Make a proposal & presentation new sales project to enhance the volume where also maximize profit
• Conduct & monitor field team to ensure work efficiency and meet individual KPI and achieve company goal.

Qualification

• Bachelor or Master Degree's in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• At least 10 years' experience in Hire Purchase Business or Auto Business will be advantage
• Good command of English, Good communication and presentation skills
• "Can-do" and positive attitudes, Willing to work under pressure on work schedule and deadline
• Problem-solving, Decision-making and the ability to cope under pressure
• Negotiation skills and ability to work upcountry/ remotely and work under pressure.
• Good skills in the operation management
• Good interpersonal relations and positive thinking
