How you will make contributions that matter
Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Administrator - Hygienist at our Cobram manufacturing site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will ensure the ongoing compliance of SDAs’ Quality Management System with relevant regulatory, accreditation & customer requirements.
- Conduct environmental swabbing and sampling.
- Generate production and management reports on a regular basis.
- Maintain all documented quality procedures and work instructions relating to the contaminant monitoring & regulatory testing program.
- Validation and verification of Cleaning and Sanitation Programs
- Focus on the need for continuous improvement in an ongoing effort to improve products, services, and processes.
- Maintaining a clean work environment and ensuring all occupational health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
About you
- Qualification in Food Science, quality or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role, either within Quality, Operations or Lab environments.
- Good understanding of dairy / food manufacturing quality environment and QMS processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously.
