Job Description

  • Driving local execution of people priorities for Business/Functions while providing feedback to business HR/ HR solutions on critical local issues (staffing, turnover, terminations, restructuring, development)
  • Providing coaching to people leaders and employees to ensure they are supported and that their voices are amplified in the broader organization
  • Leading its interactions with works council and unions where applicable and with support from Country Leaders
  • Leading and/or participating in the delivery of complex and global change projects in support of business objectives
  • Partnering with leaders to execute restructuring plans in alignment with business priorities, portfolio decisions, operating model changes, etc.
  • Providing expertise on strategic workforce planning, including identifying current and anticipated capabilities and aligning the appropriate strategies to address (e.g., internal capability building, external talent acquisition strategies, etc.)
  • Leveraging strong project management capability by leading diverse HR projects across multiple disciplines
  • Designing and redesigning HR processes to align with the operating model and HR structure (potential, performance, promotion, etc.)
  • Creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives to meet specific or nuanced needs within a business or function

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong employee relations experience;
  • Experience working on complex projects with change management implications
  • Experience partnering with clients to achieve desired objectives
  • Diverse project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with Agile methodology
  • Experience with strategic workforce planning
  • Experience with or demonstrated knowledge of change management, including identifying change impacts, creating and implementing mitigation strategies, and measuring change process/success
  • Experience designing/redesigning global HR processes for efficiency.
  • Diverse experience across multiple HR disciplines (plant, business, COEs, etc.) preferred
  • Global HR experience preferred
  • Business English proficiency required
  • Bi-lingual proficiency preferred
