Precinct Manager – Aquatics

St Hilda’s school are seeking to appoint a Precinct Manager who is responsible for the effective operations of the Aquatics Centre, inclusive of the centre facilities, its staff, and programs.
- Coordinate the use of the Sports Complex and Multi-Purpose Centre facilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the pool operations, ensuring proper supervision and coverage of the pool
- Oversee the Learn to Swim Program under the philosophical direction of the Head Swim Coach
- Liaise with external clients for booking of the facility
Applicants for the above position must have a strong commitment to safe working practices and be able to function as part of a team in a fast-based environment.
The successful applicant must hold, or be eligible to apply for, a Paid Blue Card and have their name submitted to the Anglican Church’s Professional Standards Register. We are seeking candidates who are team players and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to support the Anglican ethos and Code of Conduct of St Hilda’s School.
