Job Description

  • Review customer business requirements, prepare RFP/RFI responses for existing and potential customers and assist in commercial preparation
  • Conduct business and product presentations for prospects
  • Prepare and conduct demo and proof of concept
  • Support In-Country sales directors and business partners
  • Contribute and participate to the marketing campaigns and exhibitions
  • Maintain Payments Business and Market Knowledge
  • Identify market trends

The Successful Applicant

  • Understanding of on any of the following Cloud based platform solutions
  • Compliance and risk management systems to manage and automate compliance workflows including customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring, risk scoring, transaction monitoring and reports,
  • Cloud based remittance management solutions,
  • e-payment solutions including merchant onboarding and acquiring, Issue Wallets, multi currency accounts, P2P money transfer and top-up channels, payment processing, transaction switching and processing, and emerging payment technologies (for example, digital banking, tokenization, and QR payments)
  • Good understanding of banking industry
  • Good understanding of project management and SDLC
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the payments industry in either product consulting, business analysis, business user, business operations, or sales support role
