We are a leading Migration and Education Agent company in Australia, dedicated to assisting individuals in their journey to study, work, and migrate to Australia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and compatibility with our organization.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for various positions within the company.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing necessary support during their initial period.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to make informed recruitment decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or migration industry.
- Strong understanding of Australian immigration policies and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
