Duties & Responsibilities:

As part of the maintenance department you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team maintaining its Maintenance and asset records.

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Collect information from sites and internal staff

  • Review the data and fix deficiencies utilising Oracle platform

  • Merge or remove duplicates

  • Transfer or retrieve data if needed

  • Follow the organisation's procedures and systems

  • Email management



Job requirements:

The role demands professionalism, conscientiousness, confidentiality, and attention to detail towards all types of information and data:

  • Previous experience 6 months in Data Entry

  • Experience in a high paced environment and strong organisational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer skills from different platforms and systems

  • Must be up to date with Covid-19 vaccine
  • Prior experience with Oracle system, Maximo also highly regarded
