Lead the HR Business Partners, consisting of 5 motivated professionals.
Develop and implement initiatives in the field of HR, in line with the company's objectives and organizational needs.
Help the organization to become future-ready by optimizing organizational design and by focusing on the existing employees in the organization and prepare them for the future.
Act as a partner and advisor to management in HR matters. Support, develop, and coach the management team to become effective leaders and achieve organizational goals.
Foster a positive company culture and an environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
Actively contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational changes, HR digitalisation, career & performance,…
Ensuring a good relationship with the different internal departments and stakeholders, strengthening your business understanding in order to comprehend their challenges, needs and possible concerns.
Measuring, monitoring & continuously improving existing HR policies and procedures.
Throughout the entire HR cycle, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and social labor law matters.
Your profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.
Legal background and knowledge of HR legislation and labor law.
Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in managing and developing teams.
Extensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate HR strategies into concrete action plans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
