Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To assist and coordinate administrative activity and schedule between central kitchen, office, outlets and landlords.

· To arrange preventive regular maintenance with vendors and in-house maintenance technicians on outlet and central kitchen maintenance schedule. Arrange for work permits with the landlords.

· To arrange ad-hoc repairs and maintenance with vendors and in-house maintenance technicians.

· To request for and collect quotations from outside vendors for repair and maintenance jobs.

· To have a proper record and documentation updating maintenance.

· To do general administrative works.

· Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

· Candidate possess at least SPM

· 2 years working experience in F&B chain will be an advantage

· Able to communicate in Chinese & English.

· Discipline and self-motivator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Balakong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
