Emotion of Life is an online platform for Mental Health Services.
The emotion of life exclusive work on OCD recovery program along with other mental health issues.
Applications are invited from the eligible candidate who is committed to cause and available for a challenging role as Assistant Psychologist with us.
Eligibility: Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology
Experience: 1-year experience after master's in Anxiety spectrum disorder especially dealing with clients with OCD, Internship will not be considered as experience.
Ideal candidate:
A. do not have any other engagement
B. Have clear understanding of human development and challenges in life
C. Have clear understanding of OCD recovery process and Monitoring & Evaluation
D. Have research inclination
E. Available for minimum 11 months
F. Social media friendly and strong skill in content writing
G. familiar with facilitating training
H. Strong inter personal and social communication skill in Hindi, English.
I. Have own balance personality dynamics
Timing:
1. Candidate must be available for8 flexible working hours between 8 AM to 8 PM based on clients' availability & need of clients (Non-negotiable)
2. 6 days in a week (Non-negotiable)
Skills: Ability to Conduct Sessions/ Mass Awareness / Research / Content writing
Deliverable: 4 Counseling sessions daily, mass awareness, content creation, research
Honorarium: up to 20,000 based on skills, technical capacity and attitude, in case available to join in Agra office of Emotion of life 5,000 plus for accommodation support.

Contract duration: 11 Months
Work and responsibility as deliverables
1. Serving the client: (4 Hours/ 50% of Engagement)
A. Observing the session
B. Conducting the session
C. Doing the follow up with client
D. Conducting family session
E. Observing consultation and noting discussion
F. Conducting baseline Psychological assessment
G. Filling the needed format with client
H. Taking the written feedback from caregiver or family members on client issue as problem statement or scope of work
I. Conducting repeat assessment 6 week interval or as and when needed
J. Involving in TAT test administration
2. Mass Awareness activity: (2 Hours/ 25% of Engagement)
A. Conducting webinar, workshop, talk show, group discussion,
B. Creating social media creative and posting on official account
C. Recording video on mental health related topics
D. Live talk shows
E. Wring blog and article in newspaper, blog post, organization website
F. Drafting content for new area or ongoing services in system
G. Conducting live interview with other professional
H. Brand Promotion ( Emotionoflife)
3. Research: (2 Hours/ 25% of Engagement)
A. Review of literature and sharing learning report in brief
B. Identifying research topic
C. Framing research design
D. Developing or identifying tools to be use in research
E. Presenting your research plan along with timeframe to finish the whole process
F. Leading Initiating the research work and updating twice in a weeks and support required
G. Monthly review of research work
H. Finally analyzing collected data interpreting finding
I. Approaching for online publication/ publishing
Any other assign work related with client’s recovery needs
