Job responsibilities

  • Understand and co-ordinate crew access procedures and team logistics in travelling to and from the venue and hospitality / F&B
  • Collect team documentation and information as required for accreditation and access
  • Learn and know the access routes to control rooms, field of play and other back -of -house areas
  • Setup & coordinate schedules and site visits to venues as required
  • Arrange & coordinate working spaces as required by production teams in the venues.
  • Assist in all aspects, as needed, of event planning, preparation, and execution
  • Support Ceremonies Venue Liaison with daily venue activities
  • Assist in bump-in and bump-out duties, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
  • Coordinate and align requirements with other team members, functional areas and external parties on a needs basis
  • Make sure ceremonies operational requirements are all in place and delivered as per submitted Site Operations Plan
  • Work closely with the Event Management Company team members, identify issues and support with solving

Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage (verbally, reading and writing)

Minimum 3 years’ experience

Bachelor’s Degree or

equivalent in related field
