Job responsibilities
- Understand and co-ordinate crew access procedures and team logistics in travelling to and from the venue and hospitality / F&B
- Collect team documentation and information as required for accreditation and access
- Learn and know the access routes to control rooms, field of play and other back -of -house areas
- Setup & coordinate schedules and site visits to venues as required
- Arrange & coordinate working spaces as required by production teams in the venues.
- Assist in all aspects, as needed, of event planning, preparation, and execution
- Support Ceremonies Venue Liaison with daily venue activities
- Assist in bump-in and bump-out duties, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
- Coordinate and align requirements with other team members, functional areas and external parties on a needs basis
- Make sure ceremonies operational requirements are all in place and delivered as per submitted Site Operations Plan
- Work closely with the Event Management Company team members, identify issues and support with solving
Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage (verbally, reading and writing)
Minimum 3 years’ experience
Bachelor’s Degree or
equivalent in related field
