Sales Development Representative [Pakistan]


 

Requirements:

Lead inbound and outbound interaction with SMB/Mid-Market, Commercial and Enterprise prospects through various channels (calls, emails, web forms, and social media) to engage and qualify them for further sales engagement.

Collaborate with marketing teams to define the ICP and generate raw lead data

Target and penetrate target accounts utilizing your outbound prospecting skills - research accounts, identify key personas, generate interest and develop accounts to drive demand

Execute email campaigns and nurture leads via collateral provided to you in a sales playbook

Qualify leads and set up appointments with sales executives for further closing

Stay up-to-date on market trends and the competitive landscape including competitor’s strategies, products and target audiences

Maintain contacts and move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and potential obstacles

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Knowledge of channel management and solution sales

Experience acquiring net new business and expanding existing account relationships

2+ years of business development and outreach experience (SaaS, Cloud Products & Services)

Ability to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas and KPIs

Effective time management skills; know where you need to spend your time and you consistently focus on what needs to happen to drive the right results
