Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct product installations, commissioning of new equipment and maintenance
- Carry out equipment inspections and provide the required feedback / reports to customers and internal stakeholders
- Support clients by conducting regular meetings with maintenance teams, troubleshooting and providing solutions with the input of the client and Support Services Team.
- Coordinate with Engineering and maintenance Departments to ensure that tasks are completed, while adhering to quality control measures
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

National Diploma: Information Technology

3 years heavy machinery installation experience in the mining industry

In depth troubleshooting of: Windows OS, Windows Server, Linux, SQL, MySQL, SMTP, POP, VPN
