Job summary
Adecco's client, a mega Oil & Gas industry is looking for a potential candidate to work in their refinery in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
Under the direction of Accountant Team Leader, Accountant performs a wide variety of tax and accounting activities such as:
- Payment task:
- Receive and check payment dossiers before making payment.
- Create payment proposal in SAP system.
- Review Internet Banking Remittances in Internet banking system.
- Book entries related to bank/cash and account payables in accordance with IFRS and VAS.
- Reconcile bank/cash statement and payables amount to Vendors with SAP data
- Assist leader to develop SAP system related to Payment and Account Payables task.
- Develop manual for Payment and Account Payables task.
- Other task:
- Prepare monthly cash forecast report for payment which Accounting Department in charge.
- Prepare management reports on bank/cask and Account Payables
- Review and control Vendor master form.
- Other related tasks as required by CAO or Leaders
Experience requirements
- Experienced with accounting and payment fields as follows:
- Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS)
- SAP system
Skills :
- English language skills Have excellent verbal and written communication skill, report writing and presentation skills
- Software skills Have knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook), and Internet
- Accounting knowledge Have in-depth and practical knowledge related to accounting regulation in compliance
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in Accountant.
