Are you energized to deliver outstanding brand management and go to market strategies?

We are offering an extraordinary opportunity to join us as an Associate Brand Manager for driving the success of selected LEGO® themes in the Nordic region!

You will be responsible for a portfolio of exciting themes within our kids audience (i.e. LEGO Minecraft, LEGO Super Mario, LEGO Sonic etc.)

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead your portfolio of brands by being on top of the business performance as well as trends and insights and proactively take action
  • Handle brand marketing budget, media planning and campaign execution balancing the need to build consumer demand and shopper conversion across touchpoints
  • Drive selling in of strategies, product portfolio and campaigns for your portfolio towards internal and external partners.
  • Brief our media agency on the Nordic media plan for your audience and brands with a focus on optimizing your marketing budget
  • Co-develop marketing programs with external IP partners to drive active consumer base and sales growth.

Based from our office in Billund you will join our Nordic marketing organization and work alongside 5 brand managers, who enjoy end-to-end responsibility for their own LEGO themes, a trade marketing team and a Senior Digital Manager.

To us, collaboration is key, and you will be part of a "small family", where we look out for one another and help each other succeed. To market our toys, we need creativity, inspiration and a little out-of-the-LEGO-box thinking.

With a high market penetration and a position as the strongest toy brand in the region driving short- and long term sustainable growth is a key challenge. At the same time the dynamic competitive and media landscape requires that you are able too quickly translate new insights into commercial opportunities to drive your brands as well as the LEGO brand.

Do you have what it takes?

Most probably a master degree in marketing, business management or similar and 1-3 years' experience working within brand management ideally with end-to-end responsibility. Furthermore, we expect that you have:

  • Experience from FMCG brand, media agency or Retail including a strong digital track record.
  • Ability to connect digital critical metrics with overall marketing and business objectives from awareness to purchase
  • Well-developed commercial approach and strong analytical skills
  • Outstanding partner management skills and naturally builds trust and commitment
