Experienced Design Project Manager Required;
Must have 3-5 years’ experience;
Must have solid knowledge of site works and the process of construction;
Project Management:
- Demonstrate experience in managing interior design projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ability to create and manage project timelines.
Interior Design Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and specifications.
- Ability to collaborate with interior designers and architects to translate design concepts into feasible projects.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and contractors.
- Ability to effectively convey design concepts and project requirements.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Budgeting and Cost Management:
- Expertise in budget development and management for interior design projects.
- Knowledge of cost estimation and the ability to identify cost-effective solutions.
Vendor Management:
- Experience in sourcing and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Problem Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the project.
- Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changes in project scope.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Regulatory Compliance:
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards relevant to interior design.
- Experience navigating and obtaining necessary permits.
Time Management:
- Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Experience in understanding and meeting client expectations.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate project teams.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively.

- Keen attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables.
- Commitment to delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
