Administrative Assistant - Maternity Cover
Job Description:
To assist the planning team with any and all tasks including metering, new service connections and reinstatement works as set by Portsmouth Water.
Essential Job Functions:
- To process incoming work requests and produce work packs
- Monitor gangs progress throughout the day
- Ensure accurate records are captured
- Attend any meetings regarding the current programmes
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed to a high standard
- Monitoring database of incoming jobs
- Producing work packs for gangs
- Checking work complete and changing any anomalies
- Reporting data to client
- Assisting Streetworks Team with any administrative tasks set
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Some data systems experience ideal
- Organised, reliable and conscientious
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good time keeping
Reporting to: Contract Planning Manager
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
Salary: From £20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
