- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support business growth.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders, including business and functional leaders, to develop and deliver innovative organisational development solutions that can attract, motivate and retain talents.
- Supporting and coaching the organisation’s leaders by providing a thoughtful, data-driven approach to the organisation’s opportunities and challenges.
- Promote company culture and values in ways that drive accountability and result in happy, engaged high performing individuals and teams.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Manage HR operations of the whole business.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field of studies.
- At least 5 years of experience working in an HR leader capacity for the mid-sized company (~300 employees), in high-tech or media is a plus.
- Strong credentials as an organisational leader, with deep business acumen, proven ability to understand strategic organisational issues, and lead and influence change.
- Strong experience with Talent acquisition & Employee engagement.
- Ability to build relationships and establish credibility throughout an organisation as an effective coach and problem-solver of people issues.
- A capable and confident communicator and people manager, with a very strong personal presence
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, related documents and practices.
- Self-starter, can-do attitude, result-oriented.
- Being comfortable with uncertainty and being able to build up things from scratch.
